How to create passport size photo in adobe Photoshop

Passport size photo tutorial -

• Open Adobe Photoshop and open a photo in adobe Photoshop which you want to create passport size photo.
• Press "Ctrl+a" and "Ctrl+c" and "Ctrl+w"  - for select, copy and close - 
• Now press Ctrl+n for new photo document 
• Set size "width 1.3 inch"  and "height 1.8 inch" and  "Resolution 300" and press OK button.
• Now Press "Ctrl+v" to Paste copied Photo, and Press "Ctrl+T" for free transform [means adjusting size of photo] after set size of photo Press "Enter" Button.

• Now Go to-Layer menu - And click on "Flatten image"
• Now Press "Ctrl+A" (for selection) and go to edit menu - click on "stroke" ▬ a new stroke window will be open set there - width=1px, color=black, location=center, blending mode=normal and opacity=100%
• Now set Background color "White"
• Now Go to - Image menu - and lick on "Canvas size" ▬ A new Canvas window will be open - set here- "width=1.5 inch" and "Height=2 inch" and click OK.
• Repeat this step again - {Press "Ctrl+A" (for selection) and go to edit menu - click on "stroke" ▬ a new stroke window will be open set there - width=1px, color=black, location=center, blending mode=normal and opacity=100%}
• Now Go to Edit menu - and click on "Define pattern" ▬ give pattern name and press OK.
• Press "Ctrl+N" for New Document and set size - "Width=6 inch", "Height=4 inch" (if you want more photo you can take 8x12 inch size also) and "Resolution=300" press OK.
• Press "Shift+F5" (or select Fill from edit menu) ▬ new fill window will be open - from Content-Use- Select Pattern ▬ select custom pattern ▬ and select your newly created pattern (you photo) and press OK. 
• Your passport size photo ready to use now save it from "file menu-save" save in jpg format. now you can take print. or if you have a printer than Print it from "File menu - Print"
